Nicole "Nikki" Houston Reed was born on May 17, 1988 in West Los
Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Seth Reed and Cheryl
Houston. She once described herself as a shy bookworm. But at the young
age of twelve Nikki became very rebellious. She wrote the partially
autobiographical script for the film Thirteen based on these
experiences. Nikki was taking part in the casting of the film, but
never quite found the right girl to play the main character.
Eventually, a reluctant Nikki agreed to star. Other than in The O.C. Nikki prefers to star in films. She is in Twilight
as Rosalie Hale. The film is based on the Stephenie Meyer's National
Best-Seller book series, with the same title. Other film projects in
2008 are: Familiar Strangers, Previleged, Chain Letter, and Last Day of Summer.
